In the Spark Erosion machining process, electrical energy in inter-electrode gap gets converted into thermal energy. Whatever generated inter electrode distributed among anode, cathode and dielectric fluid. The workpiece spark erosion process is kept as anode fraction of total which going to (workpiece) should be maximum. As this responsible for melting material on workpiece. This important parameter used predict effective use heat between tool that changes with change machine parameter. It has been observed from literature researcher simply considered a variation voltage analysis significant deciding removal rate. work experimentally determined parameters by using transfer equations during EN-31. results showed ratio amount at ranges 9.56% 18.97%. So, different significantly, proves it impact rate study process.
